Poster Winners!

Maddy received 3rd place and Makayla received Honorable Mention in the Buena Vista County Soil Conservation Poster Contest!  They have both received 1st place in the past and were given plane rides around BV County.  Where they get their artistic talent - I'm not quite sure...  Congrats girls!

Haircut!

Father-Daughter Dance

Chad took the girls to a Father-Daughter Dance in Storm Lake last
night. It is hosted by a local church and held at the school. The
girls had fun primping and selecting outfits and accessories most of
the afternoon. They enjoyed being with several other
father/daughter(s) that they knew and eating the good food there.
Makayla especially loved dancing with her dad - they ended the night
dancing to her favorite song "Cinderella" by Steven Curtis Chapman.
What a handsome man surrounded by beautiful blessings!

Mallory Leaves for DC!

Mallory leaves today with her classmates on their chartered bus whirlwind tour to the DC area!  They leave today at about 11:00 am and plan on being back Monday around 4:00.  She is most excited to see the Holocaust Museum and the Smithsonian Museums.  I hope the weather cooperates and they have a great time!  Pray for her!
